Fees

There is a hookup and activation fee of $100 for residential internet (CURRENTLY 50% OFF) on all packages, as well, each package requires the purchase of a modem. Please note: a modem is not a wireless device, although some modems do come with wireless capability. Depending on the modem options available, a router may need to be added to obtain wireless signal.

(Commercial Customers only– dryloop fee is not included TBD at time of install, depending on rate band= distance from the fiber NOD. Prices varies from $2.95 to $19.95) 

Contracts

All contracts are “soft contracts” which means during the one year contract term you get a discount on your monthly rate. If you choose to cancel before the end of your one year contract, all discounts that you have received will now be charged back to you. If you would rather have no contract, no problem!  Just pay the regular price.

Installation — are you setup phobic?

These services do not include in-home installation of your high speed modem, routers, VOIP phone adapters or IPTV boxes, but if you’re not sure how to set up these devices yourself, we can help! Our professional technicians will come to your home and set up all your services to make sure that everything runs perfect. If you have ever experienced problems with wireless range, we have the products and the experience to eliminate dead zones and can fill your home with excellent wireless coverage. Technical Support

Technical support is provided free by your provider. Check the sticker on your device for your specific service provider’s contact information. If you’ve lost your service providers information call Skyview for the number.

If you would rather have emergency paid technical support or onsite support, call Skyview Electronics at 905-655-3661 or if out of area 1-800-903-8777 (Phone support $45 minimum up to 30 minutes. Remote log in support $60/20min, $3.00 per min there after if easy fix, Onsite support, $125/hour minimum). Please have your credit card ready when calling.
