For in-shop repairs, walk in during business hours. For onsite visits, we typically book within one to two business days. If it's urgent, call directly.
For in-shop repairs, there's a flat diagnostic fee if you don't proceed. It's applied to the repair cost if you do. Onsite and larger projects get a free initial assessment.
