30min basic programing of NVR includes basic set up and programming of 1 device only. Additional will result in additional charges. Recommend to record the install while programing the 1st device. Also Skyview does not store NVR passwords for security reasons. Please store your password somewhere safe and do not forget. Due to the nature of the Device it requires a detailed reset procedure which is extra cost.
Any specialty programming i.e. human detection or Active deterrent features will be billed extra.
Note: if there is any issue with customers internet provider blocking ports for the remote access app or IP conflicts due to networking issue with onsite hardware. Troubleshooting will cost extra at a fee of $125 per hour.
