These Terms of Service govern the services, quotes, products, and website provided by Skyview Electronics, located at 46 Baldwin St N, Whitby, Ontario L1M 1A2. By requesting a quote, booking an appointment, purchasing a service or product, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

We provide computer repair, managed IT support, networking, security camera installation, and related technology services for homes and businesses in Whitby and the Durham Region. The specific work, scope, and any deliverables are described in the quote or work order we agree on with you.

Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time and the scope described. If the work required changes once we begin, we will tell you before doing additional work, along with any change in cost. Prices, where shown, may change without notice until a quote is confirmed.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and reasonable access to the devices, systems, or premises involved in the work. If an appointment must be rescheduled or cancelled, we ask for reasonable notice. We may charge for missed appointments where significant time or travel was reserved.

Payment is due as stated on your quote, invoice, or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may suspend or withhold services or deliverables for accounts that are past due, to the extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. While we take care when handling your equipment and information, you agree to back up your data before any repair or service. We are not responsible for loss of data except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. Except as required by applicable law and any warranty we expressly provide in writing, our services and products are provided without further warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyview Electronics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product giving rise to the claim.

The content, branding, and materials on this website are owned by Skyview Electronics or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located in Ontario.
