30-day returns
- Return any computer within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method
- Unit must be in the condition received, with all included accessories (adapter, cables)
- No restocking fee on defective units. Non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if items are missing or condition has changed
Dead on arrival (DOA)
If a unit arrives non-functional, contact us within 7 days — we ship a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping, your choice. Return shipping on DOA units is on us.
Warranty repairs vs returns
After 30 days, hardware issues are handled under your 90-day included warranty or your CPS extended plan — repair or replacement, parts and labour included.
How to start a return
- Email support@skyviewe.com with your order number, or call 905-655-3661 to start your return over the phone
- We send a prepaid label (DOA/defective) or return instructions (change of mind)
- Refund processed within 5 business days of the unit arriving back
Exclusions
- Software, digital licences, and opened OS upgrade SKUs are final sale
- Physical damage after delivery (drops, spills) is not returnable — check your CPS plan for accidental coverage options
- Custom-ordered configurations (special-order RAM/storage builds) are exchange-only unless defective
Local pickup orders
Inspect your unit at pickup — same 30-day window applies, and drop-off returns are always free.
This policy supplements, and does not limit, your rights under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act.
